How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We typically ship the products within 1-3 business/working days. We use the most reputed shipping partners (in India) for shipping to ensure timely delivery and product safety during shipping. Based on your geography, typical shipment time are as follows:

• Within Delhi NCR: 2 to 3 working days
• Metros: 3 to 5 working days
• Non-Metros and Interiors: 3-8 working days

PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE FROM THE DELIVERY PERSON IF THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED.

2) Charges Rs.40 Above Rs. 500

Note: COD Applicable only for order value below ₹7999/-.

Prepaid:
1) Charges Rs.50 Below Rs. 500
2) Free Above Rs. 500

Accuracy of user information:

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Home 360 reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Home 360 has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without any prior intimation whatsoever.

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t support international shipping currently. We are working very hard on the platform to get international shipments up and running soon. Till then international clients can send a request at website@home360stores.com to register their interest.

Covid -19 Update

Due to strained supply chains and shortage of staff, shipping durations have increased. There is a possibility of 24-72 hours delay due to Covid-19 conditions (under no lockdown condition). In case of lockdown, there my be further indefinite delay depending on government restrictions imposed at the time.

Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Home 360.  Home 360 shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Home 360.
